摘　　要：应用巯甲丙脯酸-Fe(Ⅲ)-邻二氮菲形成稳定的三元络合体系,采用比色法直接测定了复方卡托普利片中巯甲丙脯酸的含量。结果表明,该方法在4.0～40.0μg/ml浓度范围内线性良好,平均回收率为99.90％,RSD为0.58％。A colorimetry method has been developed for the determination of captopril in compound captopril tablets using the captopril-Fe(Ⅲ)-phenanthroline complex. Results show that this method is simple and precise. A good linearity absorbance-concentration holds over the captopril concentration ranges of 4. 0-40. 0μg/ml. The average recovery of captopril is 99. 90% and the coefficient of variation is 0. 58%.
