湿毒清胶囊抗皮肤过敏和抗炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：对湿毒清胶囊进行抗过敏和抗炎的药效学研究，结果表明口服湿毒清胶囊对右旋糖酐和组胺引起的动物皮肤瘙痒反应均有明显抑制作用，在组胺所致的动物皮肤毛细血管通透性实验和同种被动皮肤过敏反应试验中也观察到其有明显的抗渗出作用，并明显减弱二甲亚砜（DMSO）和巴豆油引起的小鼠耳廓炎症。因此认为，湿毒清对抗过敏性皮炎和接触性皮炎有明显的作用。The pharmacodynamics study of anti-demal allergy and inflammation of Shiduqing Capsule was investigated. The results showed that it can inhibit the animal skin pruritus induced by Dextran and hitamine significantly.Its effect of anti-exudation was observed obviously in the animal skin capillary permeability test and the passive demal allergic reaction test on the same kind of animal. In addition, it can reduce the auricular inflammation of the animal caused by DMSO and croton oil markedly. Therefore, it is suggested that Shiduqing Capsule has marked effects on the treatment of allergic dermatitis and contact dermatitis.
