隆乳术后远期并发症的探讨

摘　　要：自1992年以来,我科诊治由本院和外院应用硅胶囊乳房假体行隆乳术后3年～8年出现并发症23例,分为如下几种类型:①包膜挛缩13例;②美容效果欠佳5例;③假体外露22例;④哺乳后变形3例。本文对各类型并发症发生的原因进行了分析,指明了预防及治疗措施,并提出个人的一些观点及改进意见。Since 1992,23 patiens who suffered from complications after implantations by usinv of silicone cimplants had been treated in our ward.These complications included;①the Capsular contraction in 13 cases;②unsatisfactory aesthetic result in 5cases;③exponce of the imbeant in 2cases;(4)deformation after hreast-feeding in 3cases.The various cases of these complications were analysed and evaluated,and the preventions management and personal opin- ions of ameliaration were suggested as well in this paper.
