摘　　要：窑尾返料使碳素煅烧品的实收率降低，造成产品浪费，返料落入窑后的沉灰室而大量沉积，需经常停窑清空而使窑的运转率降低。窑尾返料与窑尾加料管的安装位置、窑尾的收口尺寸有关。窑尾加料管安装位置的改进、窑尾收口尺寸确定的合适以及在窑尾进料段设置螺旋导料板是解决窑尾返料问题的有效措施。The returns lead to lower recovery of carbon clement calcination of the kiln becanse it should large quantity of sediment from the dust sedimentary chamber The returns are related with fixing position of the feederir the kiln end and the later's size. Correct selection of the feeding tube position and the end size as wells newly fixing a spiral guide plate for feeds are the effective measures to oveirome the probiemabout retums.
