摘 要:在充分了解汽车焊装生产现场工艺流程和特点的基础上,利用单片机作为核心开发了基于以太网的焊装车间生产过程信息监控系统,实时对生产过程进行监控,并将采集的数据通过以太网发送到上位计算机信息管理系统。上位计算机管理系统采用LabView开发,该系统能够实时接收监控系统传递的以太网数据包,并进行数据预处理、波形同步显示和数据存储,实现生产过程信息的集成化管理。在分析研究所采集电参数的基础上,建立了点焊喷溅和二次电缆运行状态的识别算法,实践证明所建立的算法达到了较高的判断精度,能够提高焊装生产现场的生产效率和产品质量。Based on the full understanding of the process flow and characteristics of automotive assembly workshop, the Ethernet - based information monitoring system was developed by taking micro control unit (MCU) as the core. The production process can be monitored in real time, and the acquired data were transmitted to computer information management system by Ethernet. The virtual instrument LabView was adopted to develop the computer information management system, which could realize the functions of receiving Ethernet data packets, data pretreatment, wave display and storage, so the integrated management on process information was achieved. On the basis of sufficient study and analysis on the acquired parameters, the recognition algorithms for expulsion and equipment operating status were built, which could improve the production efficiency and quality.
