摘　　要：目的:评价压电晶体碎石机治疗不同部位输尿管结石的效果分析。方法:对1989～2010年ESWL治疗的泌尿系结石49 172例,其中输尿管结石37 629例(右输尿管上段结石7 716例,右输尿管中段结石4 178例,右输尿管下段结石7 111例,左输尿管上段结石9 142例,左输尿管中段结石1 712例,左输尿管下段结石7 770例)进行回顾性分析,碎石后2周行超声及腹部X线平片检查及临床随访。结果:右输尿管上段结石一次排净率为72.71%,右输尿管中段结石一次排净率为73.21%,右输尿管下段结石一次排净率为80.91%,左输尿管上段结石一次排净率为74.17%,左输尿管中段结石一次排净率为73.89%,左输尿管下段结石一次排净率为82.48%。结论:单纯B超定位ESWL是一种治疗输尿管结石的理想方法,排石率高,不受阴性结石影响,具有操作简便、安全、痛苦少、无X线伤害、效果满意、并发症少等优点,是输尿管结石的首选治疗方法。Objective：To evaluate the effect of Piezoelectric Lithotripter in treating different parts of the ureteral calculi. Methods：The 37 629 cases（the right upper ureterie calculi 7 716 cases,mid ureteric calculi 4 178 cases, lower ureterie calculi 7 111 cases,the left upper ureteric calculi 9 142 cases,mid ureterie calculi 1 712 cases,lower ureteric calculi 7 770 cases）ureteric-calculi patients who applied ESWL from 1989 to 2010 were retrospectively analysis,after ESWL 2 week we took ultrasonic examination and X-ray film inspection and clinical follow-up visit. Results：The clearance rate of the right upper ureteric calculi was 72.71%, the clearance rate of mid ureteric calculi was 73.21%, the clearance rate of lower ureteric calculi was 80.91%, The clearance rate of the left upper ureteric calculi was 74.17% ,the clearance rate of mid ureteric calculi was 73.89%,the clearance rate of lower ureteric calculi was 82.48 %. Conclusions：This method is an ideal treatment for ureteral calculi,it has many advantages such as the higher clearance rate of ureteric calculi, no negative stone effect, simple operation, no x-ray injury, safe, few distress, satisfying effect, few complication etc. ,and it is the first choice for ureteral calculi.
