磁化矿泉浴对飞行人员体内自由基及某些微量元素影响的动态观察

摘　　要：目的探讨磁化矿泉浴后对健康飞行人员体内ＳＯＤ及铜、锌的影响，为疗养效果的评定提供客观指标。方法１２４例健康飞行人员随机分为２组。观察组６２例，采用磁化矿泉浴；对照组６２例，采用单纯矿泉浴。两组分别与疗程前、疗程后即刻、疗程后６个月及疗程后１２个月抽取空腹血检测ＳＯＤ、铜、锌含量，并分别作组内前后比较和组间比较。结果观察组疗程后即刻ＳＯＤ、铜、锌含量明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。疗程后６个月观察组各项指标仍呈略高趋势，但与对照组比较，无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。疗程后１２个月两组各项指标均已恢复到疗程前的水平。结论磁化矿泉浴和单纯矿泉浴后均可使健康飞行人员体内ＳＯＤ、铜、锌含量增高，以磁化矿泉浴提高明显，且作用持久，疗程后６个月后３项指标仍呈略高趋势。Objective To probe into the effect of magnetization mineral spring baths on superoxide dismutase(SOD) and Cu-Zn in healthy pilots and provide objective index for evaluating the convalescent effect. Methods 124 healthy pilots were divided into two groups (observing group and controlling group) and were conducted magnetization mineral spring baths and simple mineral spring baths respectively.Before testing and in this instant,six months,twelve months of finishing treatment,we measured the vacant abdomen content of serum SOD and Cu-Zn and conduct comparison between two groups. Results The content of serum SOD and Cu-Zn in observing groups is more higher than that in controlling groups in this instant of finishing the treatment (P<0.01),and in six months and twelve months of finishing the treatment,the difference of the content of serum SOD and Cu-Zn between two groups is not obvious(P>0.05). Conclusion Both magnetization mineral spring baths and simple mineral spring baths can increase the content of serum SOD and Cu-Zn in healthy pilots,and increasing degree in observing groups is more obvious than that in controlling groups.
