摘　　要：目的:探讨膝关节后内侧微创入路结合锚钉固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折的疗效。方法:总结我院自2008年1月至2010年1月,对16例后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折经膝后内侧微创入路行复位和锚钉固定的手术效果。结果:手术时间20～40 min,平均28 min。随访14～36个月,平均18个月,X线片显示所有骨折均复位满意且骨性愈合,后抽屉试验均阴性,按Lysholm膝关节评分优15例,良1例。结论:应用后内侧微创入路结合锚钉固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折,切口小,暴露清楚,固定可靠,疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the outcome of treating tibial avulsion fracture at the insertion of posterior cruciate ligament（PCL）through a minimally postero-medial approach with suture anchor.Methods Sixteen cases with tibial avulsion fracture at the insertion of PCL treated by a minimally postero-medial approach by suture anchor from January 2008 to January 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The duration of surgical procedure lasted 28min averagely（from 20min to 40min）.The follow-up period ranged from 14 months to 36 months.X-ray showed that all fractures were reducted satisfactorily.There were 15 excellent and 1 good of the cases evaluated by Lysholm score system.Conclusion Treatment of tibial avulsion fracture at the insertion of PCL by a minimally postero-medial approach with suture anchor is a better surgical procedure with the advantages of minimal incision,sufficient exposure,effective fixation and satisfactory effects.
