河南新安发现清代《禁赌碑》和《万善同归碑》

摘　　要：在2009年开展的全国第三次文物普查工作中,河南省新安县发现了两通清代碑刻。《禁赌碑》记载了乾隆年间当地村民禁赌一事,指出赌乃"无益有害"之首,并公布禁赌之约,又言及朝廷禁赌之律,是研究清代禁赌律令的重要资料。《万善同归碑》记述了泰山庙的地理位置、建筑规模、禘祀神主及重修大殿的意义与过程,突出了"万善同归"、人与自然和谐的碑文主题;该碑刊立处为青要山,为研究古青要山地望提供了新资料。In the third national cuhural relics survey carried out in 2009, two stone tablets from the Qing Dynasty were discovered at Xin＇an County, Henan Province. The Tablet Prohibiting Gambling records the ban on gambling among local villagers during the Qianlong Era. It announces gambling as the worst of all evils and introduces prohibitive regulations; the imperial law on gambling is also mentioned in the text. The inscription provides valuable data for researchers on relevant Qing Dynasty law. The other tablet, Tattler of All Ending in Goodness, describes the location of the Taishan Temple, its architecture, the main god, and the rebuilding of the great hall as well as its significance, highlighting goodness and the harmony between huinan and nature. This tablet, erected at the Qingyao Mountain, offers new information tor studying its original location.
