左旋咪唑涂布剂治疗复发性生殖器疱疹疗效初探

摘　　要：针对复发性生殖器疱疹与人体细胞免疫之间的关系，通过采用免疫调节剂左旋咪唑经皮给药应用于２３例复发性生殖器疱疹患者，由于左旋咪唑涂布剂透皮吸收，直接入血，克服了口服用药引起的胃肠道及肝脏首过效应的副作用，延长了药物作用的时间，充分发挥出左旋咪唑作用于Ｔ淋巴细胞，诱生干扰素，加强单核细胞趋化和吞噬作用，增强人体细胞免疫的功能。治疗结果显示治疗后患者的细胞免疫功能状况较治疗前有明显改善，其生殖器疱疹的复发次数也明显减少，提示免疫治疗有助于缓解或减少生殖器疱疹的复发。Directing to the relationship between recurrent genital herpes and human cellular immunity,immunomodulator levamisole was given percutaneously to 23 cases of recurrent genital herpes.The levamisole inunctum was absorbed through penetrating skin into blood directly,this overcame the side effects of gastrointestinal tract and hepatic first pass effect,prolonged the drug action and made levamisole exert its action sufficiently to act upon T lymphocyte to produce interferon,and intensified monocyte chemotaxis and phagocytosis to strengthen the immunologic function of human cells.The results showed that the cell immunologic function was markedly improved than before treatment and the recurrence decreased obviously,suggesting that immunotherapy was helpful to relieve the herpes or decrease the recurrence.
