浅低温心脏不停跳心内直视手术92例报告

摘　　要：为探讨浅低温心脏不停跳心内直视手术的优缺点，采用浅低温，不阻断升主动脉，心脏处于缓慢空跳下行心内畸形纠治或瓣膜替换。结果：在９２例中治愈９０例，死亡２例（占２．１７％）；并发症４例；随访７６例（随访率８４．４％）。结论：浅低温在不阻断升主动脉，降低心肌代谢的同时，保持冠状动脉血液供应。In order to probe into the advantages and shortcomings of intracardiac operation under direct vision with light hypothermia and heart beat uncease,the intracardiac correction for deformity or valve replacement was performed without blocking ascending aorta and the heart was in slow beat condition.Results:90 of 92 cases were cured,2 died(2.17%),complications occurred in 4 cases,followup for 76 cases (followup rate was 84.4%). Conclusion:This method lowerd the metabolism of cardiac muscle and maintained the blood supply to coronary artery,avoiding myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury.
