普乐林加消心痛治疗冠心病心绞痛43例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：应用普乐林静脉滴注加消心痛口服治疗冠心病心绞痛４３例（联合治疗组），与单纯口服消心痛治疗冠心病心绞痛３８例（对照组）相比较，联合治疗组心绞痛缓解率明显提高，心绞痛发作次数明显减少。两组比较有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。Treatment with PuLeLin i.v.drip coupled with isosorbide dinitrate orally was performed for 43 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (combined therapy group) and compared the treatment with isosorbide dinitrate orally alone for 38 cases of the same disease(control group),the results indicated that the remission rate in combined therapy group was markedly higher than that in control group,and the attacks of angina pectoris decreased markedly.Comparison between both groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).
