摘　　要：用免疫组化ＳＰ染色法检测３６例甲状腺乳头状腺癌的ｎｍ２３Ｈ１表达水平，结果显示：３６例甲状腺乳头状腺癌阳性表达率８６．１％（３１／３６），癌旁正常甲状腺组织阳性表达率８２．７６％（２４／２９），两者无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．５）。有或无淋巴结转移的表达水平也无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．１）。The expression of nm23 H 1 in 36 patients with papillary carcinoma of the thyroid was examined with S P immunohistochemical technique.The results showed that there was no significant difference between positive expression 86.1%(31/36) of papillary carcinomas and positive expression 82.76%(24/29) of normal tissue of thyroid around the tumor( P >0.05).The level of nm23 H 1 expression in thyroid carcinoma with or without lymph node metastasis also showed no significant difference( P >0.1).It suggested that expression of nm23 H 1 in metastasis of papillary carcinoma of thyroid played no dominant role.
