45例浅低温体外循环心脏不停跳下心内直视手术临床分析

摘　　要：采用浅低温体外循环心脏不停跳下心内直视手术方法，对４５例先天性心脏病房、室间隔缺损和风湿性心脏病二尖瓣、主动脉瓣病变的患者行心内畸形矫治和瓣膜替换手术，术中温度控制在３１～３５℃，不阻断主动脉，心脏始终有氧合血供应下进行代谢，并能准确发现和有效矫治心内畸形，术后血流动力学稳定，心功能恢复快，具有良好的心肌保护作用。Mthod:The cardiac operation under direct vision with low hypothermia and extracorporeal circulation without heartbeatingcease was performed for 45 patients of congenital ventricular septal defect.and some valvulardiseases in rheumatic heart disease,such as cardiac malformed diorthosis and valve replacement.Analysis:Control the temperature within 31～35℃,and without interdicting aortic blood stream,the heart could be supplied with oxyhemoglobin.So the focus could be found and performed precisely.With steady blood stream dynamics,cardiac function was renewed soon.Conclusion:This operation had a good function on protecting myocardium and the suggestion was made that how to improve the operation effect and avoid serious complications.
