成渝高速路 谱写新篇章——访四川成渝高速公路股份有限公司董事长杨淑庄

摘　　要：成渝高速公路 H 股在香港上市,成渝高速公路股份有限公司成立,公路管理机制转换,成渝高速公路又写下了新的篇章。获此消息,虎年伊始,我们便走访了成渝高速公路股份有限公司董事长杨淑庄女士。这位高级会计师,60年代毕业的数理专业优等生,从事财会工作30多年,4年前担任四川高速公路建设开发总公司董事。Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway was open to traffic in 1996.In order to update the management,Chengdu- Chongqing Expressway Co.Ltd,was founded in 1997.Over the years,the company has smoothly completed structural reform of management,revamping of assets and had its H share successfully listed in Hong Kong,pooling funds of 1.48 billion yuan.The funds are to be used as a financial guarantee for the construction of Chengdu-Yaan Expressway and that of North Suburban Chengdu Expressway. In the management,the company stresses 2 main points and sets up 2 images.On the one hand,it pays close attention to the reform of management in such respects as ensuring security along the line,law-enforcing team building and routine maintenance of the expressway to set up a sound image in modern communications;on the other hand,it promotes ethnical and cultural progress to set up a model image in the trade featuring excellent service.It adopts new mechanism in its personnel management including recruitment system for managing staff and labor contract system for workers etc. In the future,the company will still be highly responsible for its shareholders and try hard to keep increasing economic benefits and social effects.
