摘　　要：通过服用生长在４０００ｍ以上雪山红景天前后足球运动员１２ｍｉｎ跑成绩的影响以及这种改善与心血管系统及体内代谢的变化的关系。It is studied that snow mountain's Rhodiola can improve football player's cardiac pumping function and performance, by the fact that eating rhodiola has a good effect on football player's 12 min run results and effect is related to the improvement of heart blood vessel system and emtabolism to some extent
