摘　　要：我院自1986年9月至1998年1月采用腔内泌尿技术治疗膀胱结石950例,其中液电碎石术716例,气压碎石术198例,膀胱窥镜碎石术51例。三种治疗结果表明:气压碎石术优于液电碎石术及膀胱窥镜碎石术,它具有安全、高效和无电、热损伤等优点。From September 1986 to January 1998. The Endo-urology technique was used to treat 950 patients with bladder calculi. 716 cases were treated with hydroelectric lithotripsy, 198 cases were treated with ballastic lithotripsy, and 51 cases were treated with cystoscope lithotripsy. The results showed that the effect of ballastic lithotripsy is best than hydroelectric lithotripsy and cystoscope lithotripsy for treatment of bladder calculi. The advantages of ballastic lithotripsy are safe, effect and no electric and thermal injury.
