摘　　要：采用“V”形及“Z”形成形术治疗璞状阴茎48例,主张对璞状带较宽者用“V”形切除成形术,对璞状带较窄,但与阴茎连接较多者用“Z”形成形术,以达到阴茎、阴囊外形自然美观,恢复正常排尿及勃起功能。本组手术成功率100％,术后并发症少见。手术要占为充分切除璞状带,将阴茎腹侧与阴囊分离至正常位置,以恢复阴茎功能。对48例经验进行总结。We have cured 48 patients with webbed penis by 'V' and 'Z' type plasty. In these cases. We used 'V' type plasty for the wide webs and 'Z' type for the narrow webs. In order to make them look nature and make the functions of sex and urination convalased. All these were successful. The hinge of the operation is to excise the web sufficiently and seperate the scrotum from the penis.
