摘　　要：根据大量实测资料论述黑龙江中上游冰坝的形成原因、危害，并提出有关防治对策。? According to large amount of observed data,this paper discribs the damages and reasons caused by ice floods and suggests the measures for preventing ice floods on the upper and middle reach of Heilongjiang.
