淫羊藿抗心室颤动作用及其机理研究

摘　　要：在本项研究中,我们发现淫羊藿能有效防止心室颤动的发生,且有显著的对抗ISO 而提高小白鼠耐缺氧能力。In this study, we found that Epimedii can significantly prevent the occur- rence of ventricular fibrillation(VF). We also found that Epimedii can powerfully resist the toxic effect of ISO to mouse. The results indicate that the mechanism of Epimedii preventing the occurrence of VF is due to the regulation to the function of automatic nerve system.
