摘 要:软-硬复配沥青混合料是指以软质沥青和岩沥青作为胶结料所配制的沥青混合料,它可以显著降低沥青混合料的施工温度.采用劈裂强度试验探讨了软-硬复配沥青混合料的强度特征,并对其路用性能进行了验证.结果表明:软-硬复配沥青混合料试件的劈裂强度随养护时间的延长而增大,随岩沥青掺量的增加呈线性增长,随拌和温度及拌和时间的增加而增大;在拌和温度较热拌沥青混合料低30℃的条件下,其强度与各项路用性能与同级配组成的热拌沥青混合料相当,能满足道路使用要求.Soft-hard compound asphalt mixture is a kind of asphalt mixture in which compound of soft asphalt and rock asphalt is used as binder, and its construction temperature can be significantly lowered. On base of splitting strength test, the strength characteristic of the warm mixture was discussed, and the per- formance was verified. Test and analysis results show that the splitting strength of the warm mixture in- creases as the curing time prolongs; the strength increases linearly as the use level of the rock asphalt increases; the strength also increases as the mixing temperature and mixing time rise. At the construction temperature of about 30℃ lower than the hot asphalt mixture, the strength and other performance are basically equal to the hot asphalt mixture with the same gradation, the asphalt mixture can meet the requirement for the road application.
