摘  要:石墨泡沫是一种新型多孔功能材料,具有低密度、高导热、耐高温,耐腐蚀等优点。基于对颗粒填充床经典模型Ergun方程的分析,根据石墨泡沫材料内部的微几何结构,建立了面心立方体泡沫模型,在流动阻力相等的条件下,推导了多孔泡沫球孔直径与填充床颗粒直径间的对应关系,提出了可用于石墨泡沫类多孔材料的流动阻力方程,并将该方程的预测值与流动阻力的数值计算结果进行了对比分析,验证了方程的适用性。The graphite foam is a newly-developed foam material with low density,high thermal conductivity,heat-resistant,erode-resistant and so on.Based on the micro-structure of the graphite foam,the face centered unit model(FCC) for numerical analysis on flow was designed in this paper.On the basis of the classic model of particle packed bed Ergun equation,under the same conditions in the flow resistance,the functional relationship between the sphere diameter of FCC and the particle diameter of packed bed was derived,a flow resistance equation for this type of porous foams such as graphite foam had been developed,and the predicted values of the equation were compared with the numerical results,verified the applicability of the flow resistance equation derived in this paper.
