摘　　要：介绍了阳极焙烧炉火焰系统逆向运行的实现过程,通过对准备工作、调整过程及实际运行情况的详细阐述,从实践角度验证了火焰系统逆向运行的可行性,同时指出真正实现逆向运行有一定难度,须进行大量调整、准备工作,为日后相关工作积累了一定经验。The implementation process of firing system operation in opposite direction for anode baking furnace is described.Through describing the preparation,the adjustment and the running situation in detail,the feasibility of firing system operation in opposite direction is proved in practice.There are some difficulties to reverse the running direction of firing system,so some preparation work must be done beforehand.After these works,the experience was gained,which could be helpful for the work related in future.
