离线脉冲喷吹除尘技术在高炉煤气除尘上的应用

摘　　要：本文通过对韶钢片高炉现有煤气除尘系统的分析，指出使用反吹风布袋除尘器的缺点，分析了离线脉冲喷吹除尘的特点，并由此将离线脉冲喷吹除尘技术应用于！’高炉煤气除尘系统改造，取得了预期的效果，为韶钢今后高炉煤气除尘系统的建设和改造及其他工业废气的除尘提供了一种新思路。Based on an overiew of the gas dedusting techniques currently employed with No. 1 blast furnace at Shaoguan Iron and Steel Group Co, Ltd(SISG), the drawbacks of the conventional blow-back bag dust collector are summarized, and the features of the off-line pulse blow-back dedusting technique described. A successful use of the technique made in the gas dedusting system at No. 1 blast furnace has opened up a new way of constructing or upgrading the dust collecting systems for blast furnace gas and other industrial waste gases.
