摘 要:建立了从碳氧平衡出发的RH真空处理脱碳数学模型,模型综合考虑了碳氧的传质、真空室搅拌能等因素对脱碳的影响。模型得出,脱碳容积系数(akc)和真空室搅拌能成0.8次方的关系。IF钢现场生产数据验证了该模型的可靠性。利用该模型得出RH脱碳速率的影响因素,对优化RH处理IF钢操作工艺提供指导。本文还得出RH处理时OB与否曲线图,最佳OB时间和最佳OB量。A mathematic model for RH vacuum decarburization was proposed, based on the balance between carbon and oxygen in the molten steel and by taking into account the influence on the decardstion rate of both the mass transfor of carbon and oxygen in the molten steel and the stirring energy(ε) in the vacuum vessel. The wolume erefficient of decarburization was found proportional to ε to the power of 0. 8. The model has been confirmed by the IF steel production experience; and the factors affecting the RH decarburization rate have been derived from the forel, which could serv as a guidance for optimizing the production process of RH treated IF steel. An 'oxygen blast-or-not' curve, and the optimal time and amount of oxygen blast for RH degassing were also determined in the present discussion.
