摘　　要：本文研究了金刚石工具胎体材料的性能“弱化”问题。提出了“弱化”胎体材料的某些性能，对于提高工具切割使用性能是一种有效方法。“弱化”的效果和“弱化”的程度可以分别用切割指数Ｚ和耐磨性失重Δｍ来表怔。建立了切割指数Ｚ与胎体耐磨性失重Δｍ之间的关系，将“弱化”的设计思想具体化和实用化。The weakening of the diamond tool matrix performance was studied in this paper.The cutting performance of the diamond tool can be improved by weakening of the tool matrix.The relative parameters of weakening matrix are discussed.The relationship between cutting parameter Z and matrix wear resistance Δ m has been established.This makes the design principle of weakening more concrete and usable.
