摘 要:目的:研究氧张力对培养的人脐静脉血管内皮细胞(VEC)内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响,探讨缺血再灌注损伤的机理。方法:用胶原酶消化法获取VEC,在不同氧张力下培养8天,检测其SOD活性。结果:在高氧张力下培养的VEC其SOD活性比在低氧张力下培养的高(P<0.01)。结论:氧张力对培养的VEC内SOD活性有调节作用。Objective To study the effect of oxygen tension on SOD activities endothelial cells in vitro and explore the machanism of ischemic-reperfusion injury. Methods Human umbilical vein endothlial cell (VEC) was isolated from freshly obtained human umbilical cord with collagenase digestion of the interior of the umbilical vein. The VEC was cultured at oxygen tension of 19. 995kPa or 5. 332kPa for 8 days. The SOD activities were measured. Results The SOD activities are higher at oxygen tension of 19. 995kPa than at oxygen tension of 5. 332kPa. (P< 0. 01 ) Conclusion The oxygen tension regulates activities of VEC antioxidant enzyme(SOD).
