肠内营养在小儿外科病人中的应用

摘　　要：评判肠内营养在小儿外科病人肠内营养中的作用及效果，选择30例小儿外科病／分别予以口服或管词儿安索，分别于1、2、4、8周的第一天测量患儿体重、身高、上臂肌围、三角肌皮褶厚度，并每天观察患儿的消化道症状。结果：所有受试患儿身高、体重、上臂肌围、三角肌皮褶厚度于2周后开始增加，4周后明显增加，肝、肾功能正常。所有患儿一般情况良好，无胃肠道反应。结论：儿安素是一种较好的肠内营养制剂。它不仅能满足患儿日常需要，而且还能促进患儿生长发育。To assess the effect of Pediasure in enteral nutrition (EN) of pediatric surgical patients. 30 patients received pediasure by oral or tube feeding (nasogastric, nasoenteral, jejunostom tube). The patient's height, weight, mid arm ircumfernce and deltoid fat thickness were measured at 1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th week. In additions, the gastric intestinal symptoms were observed every day. The data of height, weight, mid arm circumference incred slightly at 2nd week, it was increased obviously at 4th week. All patients hadn' t any GI symtoms. The liver and kidney functions of patients were normal. Pediasur was effective for pediatric surgical patients. It could meet the daily need, also could improve the growth and development of potients.
