摘  要:通过荤食与相关疾病患病率关系的流行病学调查,同时排除了吸烟因素影响。结果显示两组在冠心病、高脂血症、高血压、糖尿病、脂肪肝、癌症、胆结石有脑血栓的患病率之间存在着非常显著的差异,P<0.01,OR≥3.13。说明荤食与相关疾病之间存在着十分明显的相关性。并发现内分泌失衡是这些相关疾病的病理基础,而摄入过多的荤食所导致的高脂血症又是内分泌失衡必可不可少的条件。提示我们必须早期适当制荤食的摄入,把血脂控制在适宜的水平,是预防与劳食相关疾病的最重要的措施。The diets of 2595 retired army senior cadres in the meat diet group and 732 monks in the veqetarian diet group were investigated and prevalence of these correlated diseases analysed. It was found the prevalence rates of coronary heart disease, high plasma lipid, hepertension, diabetes mellitecs, fatty liver, cancer, cholelithiasis and cerebral throhais, were higher in the meat diet group than those in the vegetarian diet group, P<0. 01, OR≥3. 13. The result showed that the prevalence of these correlated diseases were positively correlated with meat diet. It found that the endocrine disorder was the primary pathological factor in these correlated diseases and that the intake of excessive meat diet lead to higher plasma lipid which caused endocrine disorder. It was suggested that the meat diet should be limited in order to reduce these correlated diseases prevalence.
