摘　　要：目的:探讨DOG1、CD117等在胃肠间质瘤(GIST)中表达及其临床病理意义。方法:应用免疫组化检测40例GIST中DOG1、CD117、CD34、SMA、S-100的表达情况。结果:40例GIST中DOG1、CD117、CD34阳性率为97.5%、92.5%、80%。SMA,S-100阳性率分别为7.5%和5%。结论:DOG1和CD117的联合应用在GIST的诊断中可以提高敏感性,但是DOG1和CD117表达与GIST的危险程度无关。DOG1蛋白是一种较为敏感和特异的GIST辅助诊断抗体,对指导伊马替尼和舒尼替尼等靶向药物的应用有重要意义。Objective：To investigate the clinical pathological significance of expression of DOG1 and CD117 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors（GIST）.Methods： The expression of DOG1,CD117,CD34,SMA and S-100 was detected by immunohistochemical method in 40 cases of GIST.Results： Of the 40 patients,the positive rates of DOG1,CD117,CD34,SMA and S-100 were 97.5%,92.5%,80%,7.5% and 5% respectively.Conclusion： The combined detection of DOG1-1 and CD117 may enhance the sensitivity in the GIST diagnosis,and there was no association of the expression of DOG1 and CD117 on the GIST＇s developmen.DOG1protein was a more sensitive antibody which is assistance diagnosis for GIST,and have significance to guide the application of Imatinib and Sunitinib.
