脚癣狐臭宁对金色葡萄球菌的药效观察

摘　　要：采用手皿挖沟灌药法和阳证疮疡病理模型造型法，观察脚癣狐臭宁对外科阳症疮癌致病性金色葡萄球菌的抑菌及治疗作用，其实验结果，脚癣狐臭宁较青霉素组、生理盐水组均有显著性差异（P＜0．01），且对家兔创口感染金色葡萄球菌所形成的阳性疮疡有较好的治疗作用（P＜0．01）。The inhibition and therapy of Hong Kong Foot - Body Odour Ning for acute and sup-purative dermic inflammation caused by Staphylococcus aureus were observed by plate - excavation- filling medicine cultivation and pathologic model method respectively. The result showed thatthe inhibition of Hong Kong Foot - Body Odour Ning for Staphylococcus aureus was significantlydifferent from penicillins and normal salines(P < 0. 01 ) and that it was also obviously effective intherapy of rabbits infective trauma, acute suppurant inflammation caused by Staphylococcus aureus(P< 0. 01)
