摘　　要：本文对国产合成口服金剂KG881进行体内外免疫作用的实验研究,结果表明本品抑制正常小鼠、佐剂性关节炎大鼠脾脏T、B淋巴细胞增殖反应和腹腔巨噬细胞(PMφS)产生IL—1。并发现对正常小鼠体内NK活性无影响,但对体外NK活性呈抑制作用。综合提示本品具有显著的免疫抑制作用,活性与进口药金诺芬基本一致。KG881 ustd in our experiments is an oral golden agent synthesized by ourselves. Its effects of immunologica! suppression in vivo and in vitro had been studied. The results showed that this a-gent suppressed the multiplication of spleen's lymphocyte T and lymphocyte B of normal mice and mice with adjuvant - arthritis. It also suppressed the IL - 1 production of peritoneum macrophage (?)s. It was found that it had not any effects on the activity of NK cell of the normal mice in vivo, but inhibited their activity in vitro. It is indicated that the immunological suppression of this agent is obvious and is similar to the imported auranofin.
