老年小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞激活后酶活性变化的实验研究

摘　　要：以肉汤培养基刺激小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,三天后测定ACP、LDH和SDH活性变化,结果表明老年组受刺激后ACP、SDH活性升高水平较青年组差(P<0.05),老年组巨噬细胞应激能力低于青年组。Using broth medium to stimulete the aged mice peritoneal macrophages, we tested acid phosphatase(ACP), Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity change three days later. The experiment shows that ACP, SDH of the aged group increased lower than that of the young group (P<0.05) . The streagth of the aged mice's macrophages are worse than that of the young mice's macrophages.
