测定保温材料导热系数自补偿圆管法的原理误差分析

摘  要:本文对测定保温材料导热系数的自补偿圆管法的原理误差进行了分析。在0.04~0.10w/m·K导热系数范围内,固定功率补偿因子方案的原理误差不超过2.3%;而在0.04~0.06和0.06~0.10w/m·K分区域范围内,固定功率补偿因子方案的测试原理误差分别不超过1.3%和1.0%。这表明,测定保温材料导热系数的自补偿圆管法采用固定补偿因子方案在原理上是可行的。In the Presented paper the uncertainty caused by measure principle of the cylinder method for measuring the thermal conductivity of thermo-insulating materials with heating of self-compensation is analyzed with a numerical method. The single scheme of compensating heating is appropriate in the range of thermal conductivities 0.04~0.10W/m·K with the principle uncertainty of 2.3%, and in the ranges of thermal conductivities 0.04~0.06 and 0.06~0.10W/m·K with the principle uncertainty of 1.3% and 1.0% respectively. It is shown that the single scheme of self-compensating method is feasible in applications.
