摘  要:研究了张力异步轧制参数以及再结晶退火对高压电解电容器用高纯铝箔织构的影响.结果表明:张力异步轧制条件下,快、慢辊各织构的含量随速比的变化不明显,立方织构含量不高,而S织构和C织构的含量增加.再结晶退火后,张力异步轧制铝箔的快、慢辊侧立方织构、旋转立方织构以及有利织构之和较无张力条件均有所增加.The high purity aluminum foil for high voltage electrolytic capacitor was cross shear rolled with tension and the effect of rolling parameters and recrystallization annealing on texture of the foil was investigated in the present study. The results showed that there are no obvious changes in the content of textures formed on the sides of both slow and fast rollers with the changing speed ratio. The content of cubic texture is not high, but the contents of S and C textures increase. After recrystallization annealing, the contents of favorable textures including cubic and rotating cubic on the both of slow and fast rollers sides in the cross shear roiled foils with tension increase with the increasing speed ratio as compared with that of without tension.
