摘  要:对来自中国及亚、非、欧三大洲5个国家的10个烟草赤星病菌(Alternarialongies)及5个链格孢菌(A.alternata)标准菌株用6种随机引物(OPR01、OPR12、OPR13、OPR14、OPR15、OPK19)进行了基因组DNA随机扩增多态性分析,对RAPD带型所进行的聚类分析结果表明,所有参试菌株之间相似性很高(90.3%~94.7%),其系统聚类关系与寄主和地理来源没有相关性,证明A.longipes与A.alternata亲缘关系很近,建议将A.alternata确定为烟草赤星病菌的学名。Ten isolates of Alternaria longipes and five isolates of A. alternata from China,Greece, U. K., Zambia, Cyprus and lndia were characterized by RAPD (Radomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA ) assay with six 10 - mer prirners (OPR01, OPR12, OPR13,OPR14, OPR15,OPK19). Computer analysis of the data showed a low genetic diversity between the two species and among the isolates. All the isolates were closely ralated, the similarity coefficients were 88. 9%~ 94. 7%- Isolates from widely separated geographical locations and different hosts/substrates exibit nearly identical or very similar RAPD profiles. It is recommended that A. alternata should be used as the valid name of the pathogen of brown spot lesion of tobacco.
