摘　　要：概述了广东乙烯的发展和如何充分利用乙烯资源，大力发展精细化工的对策与建议．The development of Guangdong ethylene project and the way how to make full use of ethlene resources are introduced, the measures and suggestion on developing fine Chemical industry hereafter are discussed in this paper.
