新生和成年大鼠心肌β-肾上腺素受体研究

摘　　要：利用杜层析分析和配基测定法，研究新生和成年大鼠心肌β－肾上腺素受体（β－AR）对腺管酸环化酶的调节差异。结果显示新生大鼠心肌腺管酸环化酶对β－AR激动剂反应性低于成年大鼠，此与新生大鼠心肌β－AR数目少有关。发育因素影响心肌β－AR对腺苷酸环化酶的调节。We studied 9-adrenergic receptor(5AR) and modulation of adenylate cyclase in neonatal and adult rat myocardium by columns chromatography and ligand binding. The results demonstrated that the response of adenylate cyclase to 9-AR agonist in neonatal rat mycardium was lower than the one in adult rat myocardium, this was related to the low number of β-AR in neonatal myocardium. The developmental factors exert effect on the β-AR modulation of adenylate cyclase in rat myocardium.
