低能量氦-氖激光血管内照射治疗慢性肺心病

摘　　要：将６０例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各３０例，治疗组在常规综合治疗的基础上，加用低能量氦－氖激光血管内照射，结果表明，本疗法使血粘度指标、血纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积均显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），甲皱微循环不同程度改善，ＩｇＧ则上升（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗组总有效率为９３．３％，明显优于对照组７３．４％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。该法对慢性肺心病疗效较好，值得临床推广。Sixty cases of chronic cor pulmonale in acute exacerbation stage were divided randomly into two groups: treated group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The patients in treated group were treated by routine combination therapy with the addition of low energy He Ne laser intravascular irridiation, the results showed that viscosity indexes, fibrinogen and packed cell volume decreased markedly ( P <0.01), varying degrees of improvement of microcirculation of nail fold and IgG increased ( P <0.01). The total effective rate in treated group was 93.3%, markedly superior than that (73.4%)( P <0.05) in control group. This method has good curative effect for chronic cor pulmonale, so it is worthy of recommendation.
