三七总皂甙治疗高血压病的观察与护理

摘　　要：总结了应用三七总皂甙治疗高血压病患者１４例的观察及护理体会。关键是做好用药前的准备；密切观察心率、心律、血压变化；加强巡视，判断药物疗效；加强临床护理、饮食护理、心理护理。结果：降压、减慢心率效果显著。患者自觉症状消失，而且疗程短，无不良反应。This paper reports the observation and nursing of treatment with Panax notoginseng saponins for 14 patients with hypertension. The following jobs were made: preparations before giving drug; close observation on the changes of heart rate, heart rhythm and blood pressure; strengthening circuit for patients; judging the curative effect of drug; strengthening clinical dietetic and psychological nursing. The results showed that the effects of lowering blood pressure and slowing heart rate were marked, the subjective symptoms of patients disappeared, the course of treatment was shortened, and no adverse reactions were observed.
