摘 要:为了探讨高频心电图在冠心病诊断中的作用,对50例行冠状动脉造影(CAG)术患者的高频心电图(HFECG)检测结果进行分析,发现经CAG证实冠状动脉狭窄者,高频切迹数明显高于无狭窄者(P<0.01)。与运动心电图(EET)及动态心电图(DCG)相比,HFECG对冠心病诊断的敏感性高于前两者(P<0.05),但特异性较之低(P<0.05)。7例PTCA术后患者HFECG高频切迹数明显低于术前(P<0.05),而冠脉阻塞的支数与切迹数及其分布导联无明确关系(P>0.05)。故认为HFECG是一项简单、经济、无创、安全、重复性好的心电图检查手段,对冠心病早期发现有较高的敏感性。In order to evaluate diagnostic value of High Frequency Electrocardiogram (HFECG) for coronary heart disease (CHD), We observed HFECG in 50 cases with CHD, which were proved by coronary angiography (CAG) showing coronary arterial stenosis. It was discovered that there were much more notchings on the HFECG than those of the normal controls. Compared with exercise electrocardiogram (EET) and dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG), HFECG was found to be more sensitive to the diagnosis of CHD (P<0.05), but with less specificity (P<0.05). We also observed HFECG in 7 patients who had undertaken percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) and found that after PTCA, the notchings on the HFECG decreased significantly. HFECG has the advantages of simplicity, safty and ecnomically saving. It seems to be more sensitive in the early diagnosis of CHD than that of EET and DCG.
