摘　　要：医疗卫生单位内部人际关系欠佳是一个较为普遍的问题。作者从医德学的角度，对医际关系作了认真分析，强调医际关系具有重要的道德意义，并提出互相信赖、关心爱护，互相学习、取长补短，互相帮助、精诚合作，互相平等、尊重科学等调节医际关系的医德规范。Unharmonious personal relationship between some medical workers is quite common in some medical institutions. Based on a serious study on the medical interpersonal relationship, the author points out, from the medical ethics point of view, the importance of moral perspectives, and advocates a series of medical moral standards to regulate the medical interpersonal relationship, including mutual learning, care and trust, coordinative working, and equal treatment.
