摘　　要：怎样发挥信息科在医院的情报服务功能，作者总结了6条经验：明确科室奋斗目标；积极开发利用医学情报；开展情报科学研究；建设一支跨世纪专业技术队伍；不断更新设备；严格教育管理。The article reports our experience in how to bring the Department of Scientific Information into.full Play in intelligence service of thehospital, which is summarized in six aspects as follows: 1) defining the goal of the Department; 2) Exploiting and making full use of medicalintelligence; 3) Unfolding intelligence resrarch; 4) Forming a cross - century professional force; 5) Keeping on renewing the equipment;6) Enfercing educational managment rigorously.
