组织凝血活酶对凝血酶原时间比率与国际正常化比率的影响

摘　　要：本文旨在标定两种国产免脑粉组织凝血活酶(T_(1、2))的ISI值,检测口服华法令治疗患者血浆的PT值,并比较不同组织凝血活酶及不同Ⅱ因子浓度时PTR与INR的差异。其结果显示:以T_0(ISI=1.13)为二级参考品标定得下T_1的ISI值为1.20,T_2的ISI值为1.30。当患者例数n=70时,T_0与T_2的PTR有显著性差异,而T_0、T_1、T_2两两间INR无差异。以T_0为标准分段观察发现:当PTR<1.5时,不同ISI值试剂的PTR、INR均无差异;而PTR在1.5～2及PTR>2时,不同ISI值试剂测得的PTR有显著性差异,INR无差异。当Ⅱ因子浓度≤19％时,不同试剂测得PTR有显著性差异,而INR无差异。The aims of the present study were ①to calibrate two kinds of working thromboplastins(T1 ,T2)against a second reference preparation(T0). ②to study the reference of different thromboplastins upon the PTR and the INR. ③to detect any effect that concentration of factor Ⅱ may have on PTR and INR. The ISIs of T1 and T2 are 1.20 and 1. 30 respectively. FT test were performed on seventy patieats, there were significant difference in PTR between T0 and T2. There were no difference in INR among T0 ,T1 and T2. Taking the results of T0 as standard, when PTR were < 1. 5, there were no differences in PTR and INR between reagents of different ISI. When the values of PTR were from 1.5 to 2 or > 2, there werer significant differences in PTR between different reagents, but no difference in INR. When the concentration of factor Ⅱ were ≤19% , thromboplastins of different ISI resulted in different PTR but consistent INR.
