摘 要:对30例胃癌根治术患者手术前后及脂肪乳剂支持前后的红细胞免疫指标进行了观察。结果显示:胃癌根治术后实施含有脂肪乳剂的TPN较单纯胃癌根治术有更强的刺激红细胞免疫功能恢复作用。To investigate effects of parenteral nutrition on red blood cell immune function of patients of gastric cancer, thirty patients of gastric cancer who underwent radical resections were divided randomly into study group (n = 20), who received 7 day parenteral nutrition (PN), and control group (n = 10), who did not receive PN. Rosette rate of red cell adhering to tumor cell rate (RTRT), immune complex rosette (ICRT) and C3b receptor rosette (C3bRRT) were measured on day 1 prooperatively and day 8 postoperatively. As a result, RTRT and C3bRRT were increased, and ICRT decreased in both group on day 8 postoperatively (P< 0. 05) when compared with day 1 preoperatively. RTRT and C3bRRT in study group on day 8 postoperatively were higher than those in control group. Our study suggested that parenteral nutrition with fat emulsion might benefit to the recovery of red blood cell immune function of patients of gastric cancer.
