社区与住院精神病人的精神残疾调查

摘　　要：本文用社会功能缺陷筛选表对890名社区精神病人，用住院精神病人社会功能评定量表对203名长期住院的慢性精神病人进行了评定，划分出各自的精神残疾等级并进行对照分析。结果表明，住院与社区病人的残疾等级分布一致，极重度（一级）与轻度（四级）所占比例较高，并反映残疾等级与疾病的种类、病程、家庭照顾、治疗及劳动能力等因素有关。住院病人在性别、婚姻等方面与社区病人有差异。890 community mental patients were evaluated by SDSS and 203 long-hospitalized chronic mental patients were evaluated by SSPI. The grades of meutal disablement in both groups were divided and compared. It was found that the distribution of the disabled grades of community and hospitalized patients showed no difference, the extremely severe (grade Ⅰ) and light (grade Ⅳ) disablement occupy the kigh proportion. It also showed the disabled grade was correlated to kinds of illness,course of illness, family care,treatment and work ability etc.The hospitalized patients had difference with community patients in sex and marriage.
