益气化瘀煎剂对大鼠实验性胃溃疡再生粘膜的影响

摘　　要：用冰乙酸制成SD大鼠实验性胃溃疡后．分别饲以雷利替丁、益气比瘀煎剂和生理盐水．分别在第8、18、26天观察其溃疡愈合的情况。结果发现中药组在炎性细胞浸润、纤维母细胞增生和胶原纤维合成及粘膜上皮细胞再生等方面都有较明显的促进作用。The motel of experimental gastric ulcer was made in 63 SD mouses,which were dividedinto three groups . wlth actic,acid and each group was feeded by Ranitdine(6mg/kg), (HuangQi, DanShen,HaiPiaoShao etc. 5g/kg)and phys1ol ogical salt ingividually for studying the effect of the YIQIHUAYU experimental FANG in promoting the ulcer healing. The results showed that it had a more effective in promoting inflammatory cell infiltration flbroblast proliferation,collagen fibril systhesis and epithelium regeneration of the ulcer point while compared with the LEILITIDING group.
