利用铜矿渣生产瓷质砖的研究

摘　　要：黄石地区(阳新、大冶)欲称铜都,亦丰产硅灰石。铜矿与硅灰石矿、石英矿共生。选铜的废渣,既堆压良田,又淤塞河道。为变废为宝,本研究利用阳新李家湾铜矿废渣为主要原料,生产出一次低温快烧瓷质砖。该砖烧成温度1150～1180℃,烧成周期50～60min。Huangshi (including Yangxing county and Daye couny) is so -called copper city,which also abounds in wollastonite. There copper mine,wollastonite mine and quartz mine are intergrowth. Copper ashes not only destroys fertile farmland,but also silts up the river. In order to turn waste residue into treasutre,this research will make use of copper ashes,surviving in Li Jiawan,Yiangxing County,as leading raw meterial to produce ceramic tile in a low -temperature and conflagration. This kind of ceramic tile can be finished when its temperature reaches 1150~1180℃ ,its periodicity is 50~60min.
