缝合器在经腹全子宫切除术中的应用

摘　　要：对89例子宫肌瘤患者试用经腹缝合器缝合阴道、切除子宫,并与78例子宫肌瘤患者行传统经腹全子宫切除术进行比较。结果:缝合器方法较传统方法手术时间显著缩短,术后发热病率显著下降。提示:缝合器方法优于传统方法,具有较大临床实用价值。Eighty-nine abdominal hysterectomies using automatic stapling device to close vaginal vault were compared with seventy-eight abdominal hysterectomies by traditional ways. The results showed that the operating hours were significantly shorter and postoperative pyrexia rate was significantly lower and granulation tissue at vaginal vault examined when follow-up visits was significantly reduced in the patients who were stapled than those in the patients who were regular sutured. It suggested that the stapling device to close vaginal vault may be beneficial to some patients when the uterus with myoma wants to be removed.
