长效奎尼丁转复房颤19例疗效观察

摘　　要：19例经西地兰、地高辛、心律平、异搏定等药物治疗未能复律的房颤患者,口服长效二氢奎尼丁300mg/q12h,3天,根据房颤持续时间分为阵发性与持续性二组观察,结果:阵发性房颤者11例中9例在48小时内转复为窦性心律,有效率为81.8％;持续性者8例中4例在3天内转复,有效率为50％。无严重副作用发生。19 patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) , who were not restored sinus rhythm treated with cedilanid ,digoxin , propafenone, verapamil etc, were divided into paroxysmal AF group(1 1cases)and permanent AF group (8 cases)according to the AF attack duration. Both groups were treated with long dihydro quinidine 300mg q12h for 3 days. 9 patients were con-vented into sinus rhythm in 48 hours. The effective rate was 81. 8% and 4 patients in permanent group in 3 days,the effective rate was 50%. No severe side effects were observed.
